2007 Season Attention all hunters -So far we’ve had an excellent booking season – in fact all of our 2007 guided hunts are completely booked. We are currently booking now for the spring and fall of 2008 and 2009. Spots are limited so book soon in order to guarantee your hunt of a lifetime. All indications are that we will have another outstanding season in 2007 with wildlife populations throughout our area continuing to prosper. As usual the season will kick off in April with our spring brown bear hunts and we fully anticipate seeing all of our clients have opportunity on bears. Again this year we will be hosting Ralph and Vicki Cianciarulo of Archer’s Choice Media Inc. and Oliver Fischer of SCI – both on brown bear hunts – watch for the shows and article in 2008. For everyone that made our 2006 season so successful and for everyone old and new that will be our guests in 2007, we want to personally thank you all for allowing everyone here at Renfro’s Alaskan Adventures to help deliver your hunt of a lifetime. Good Hunting, - Wade Renfro - Renfro’s Alaskan Adventures 2006 Season 2006 once again proved to be an excellent year at Renfro’s Alaskan Adventures. 2006 had 100% shot opportunity for the 11clients Renfro’s hosted for brown bear. 10 brown bears were harvested - 5 of the bears were over 9 feet in length, and 8 of the bears taken were beautiful colour phased bears. Also in 2006 Renfro’s hosted 2 media trips – Archer’s Choice and SCI. Ralph Cianciarulo of Archer’s Choice harvested a monster brown bear – 9’6” and weighing an incredible 1200lbs. You can watch the footage of the hunt on the Choice TV show in the fall of 2007, and Oliver Fischer of SCI had an amazing hunt and harvested a beautiful color phase brown bear – the story will be published in SCI Magazine late in 2007.The caribou and moose seasons also once again proved to be successful with many of the hunters harvesting excellent animals. We want to thank everyone who hunted with us this year and we are already looking forward to 2007.
